Depuis cinq ans je suis l'actualité sur le nouvel ordre mondial, le 11 septembre, la crise de la dette, les Young Leaders de la French-American Foundation. J'essaie de rassembler tout sur mon blog.

L’International Continental Exchange (ICE) créé en 2000 par des banquiers internationaux autour de Goldman Sachs et de compagnies pétrolières comme Shell et BP dominent les marchés à terme du gaz et du pétrole. ICE a acheté l’International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) de Londres qui est un marché opaque et pratiquement dérégulé sans qu’aucun registre sur les échanges ne soit tenu. Bien que le siège d’ICE soit à Atlanta, la société opère à partir de Londres sous la forme d’un centre financier offshore. ICE contrôle de fait le Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) et sa filiale londonienne, le London Climate Exchange (LCX).Un des associés et fondateurs de l’ICE, Mr. Richard Sandor est l’inventeur des produits dérivés et des droits d’émissions échangeables sur le CO2. Goldman Sachs est de son côté le plus gros actionnaire de CCX et le numéro deux de ICE. Or c’est Goldman Sachs qui a lancé Al Gore dans le business des Hedge Funds lorsqu’en 2003, Mr. David Bloom, ancien CEO de Goldman Sachs Assets Management a constitué « General Investment Management » avec Al Gore et deux anciens associés de GS. En Europe, Mr. Yann Arthus-Bertrand est un protégé de la famille Pinault et Nicolas Hulot est sponsorisé par Bouygues et TF1 mais ils font petit jeu comparé à l’ensemble. du dispositif de la mondialisation financière des droits d’émission.

Ce que monsieur Yann Arthus-Bertrand oublie de dire:"La gouvernance mondiale c'est donner le pouvoir aux multinationales (les pollueurs) et aux banquiers internationaux qui jouent en bourse avec les droits d’émissions échangeables sur le CO2 (les responsables de la crise qui ne respecte même pas le minimum de réserve fractionnaire de Bâle II).
Pour exemple de pressions des lobbies (ERT) sur la Commission Européenne voir le film "The Brussels Business". Plus un gouvernement est centralisé plus les lobbies sont puissants alors imaginez un gouvernement mondial.
Les moyens de pressions des entreprises privées et des banquiers sur les gouvernements et la Commission Européenne sont les think tanks comme: Council on Foreign Relations, Commission trilatérale, Le Groupe de Bilderberg, Le Siècle, Club de Rome, Institut Français des Relations Internationales, L'European Round Table, RIIA Chatham House, etc.
Ils sont tous composés de patrons des multinationales et des grandes banques, de responsables des gouvernements et de journalistes de tous les médias donc ils ne respectent pas le principe fondamentale de la démocratie c'est à dire la séparation des pouvoirs:
